LULU AND GEORGIA
www.luluandgeorgia.com
Although I only stumbled upon Lulu and Georgia recently, it is now one of my go to places to shop. They offer absolutely everything you would need for your home - furniture, lighting, rugs, pillows, you name it. What separates Lulu and Georgia from other online retailers is their ability to stay ahead of the trends and offer the latest in home furnishings and decor.
MCGEE & CO.
www.mcgeeandco.com
McGee & Co. shares a similar vibe to Lulu and Georgia. They stay ahead of the trends and offer everything you would need to style your home. Their website will inspire you to embrace the clean and simple farmhouse style of white walls, dark metals, textured materials, and muted accents.
WILLIAMS SONOMA HOME
www.williams-sonoma.com
With a slightly higher price tag than Pottery Barn and Ballard Designs, Williams Sonoma Home offers a beautiful selection of home furnishings and decor. Their products range in style from traditional to contemporary to modern. Whether your home is coastal cottage, urban loft or rural farmhouse, you will find a great selection at Williams Sonoma Home.
SERENA AND LILY
Serena and Lily is hands down, one of my favorite brands for all things decor, including furniture. I love their color pallette and their subtle coastal aesthetic. I would probably decorate my entire house in S & L if I could afford it - because it can be pricey. They offer custom upholstery (sofas, chairs, headboards) in an array of beautiful fabrics. Their furniture, including outdoor, is stunning and their nursery decor is unbelievably beautiful. I have their bedding in both my master bedroom and my daughter's room and I love it.

Some of my favorite items:
RESTORATION HARDWARE
Restoration Hardware offers an aesthetic all its own, with a lean towards industrial. Its furniture is pricey (and often oversized) but it's beautiful. They offer a ridiculous array of lighting options, both indoor and outdoor, with a mix of industrial and nautical styles. I splurged on Restoration Hardware's Lugarno pulls in polished chrome for my kitchen cabinet hardware and I don't regret it for a second.

Some of my favorite items:
POTTERY BARN
Another go-to brand for me. I love their classic style and mid-range price point. Solid resource for furniture (including outdoor), window treatments, rugs, and storage. The desk and bookcases in my home office are Pottery Barn and they have held up very well. I really like their wall systems too. I use one in my kitchen that includes a magnetic whiteboard calendar, letter bin, and cork board - all of which help our family to stay organized. I also use their laundry wall system - a hook system that can be completely customized to your space. It really helps bring my small laundry room to its full potential!

Some of my favorite items:
Torrey All Weather Wicker Dining Chair

Most of my house is furnished by Boston Interiors. Sofas, chairs, accent tables. You name it. I love the style of the pieces and can personally attest to their quality and comfort. They offer a variety of fabric options, including performance fabrics (for those with children or pets!). Depending on whether the item is stock or custom, it can take up to 10 weeks for delivery. The sales staff at the Stoughton, MA store are friendly and incredibly helpful. They offer a few sales throughout the year, including a free custom upholstery upgrade. Love this brand!

Some of my favorite items:
SIGNATURE HARDWARE
Signature Hardware offers gorgeous fixtures and hardware for your kitchen and bathrooms. Great quality at an affordable price. All of the faucets in my home are from this brand. Their Bellevue Bridge faucet in chrome is the centerpiece of my new kitchen - LOVE.

Some of my favorite items:
Bellevue Bridge Kitchen Faucet
Barbour Widespread Bathroom Faucet

www.barnlight.com
Barn Light Electric offers quality handcrafted lighting in a variety of styles - industrial, schoolhouse, nautical, and farmhouse to name a few. They also offer tons of customizable options for size, finish, and cord material. If you're looking for a unique and authentic fixture to light up your home, this is the company for you.
BALLARD DESIGNS
This brand offers a similar aesthetic to Pottery Barn and usually at a lower price point. They are a good resource for living, dining, bedroom, and office furniture. They offer custom upholstery in an array of fabrics and a great lighting selection as well. Keep an eye out for frequent sales and promos.

Some of my favorite items:
WAYFAIR
A great online resource for furniture and decor. I am the Queen of returning items that don't fit into my vision exactly as planned and this has never been an issue with Wayfair.

HOME DECORATORS COLLECTION
Home Decorators is a great online resource for lighting, rugs, and outdoor furniture at a very affordable price. It's owned by Home Depot so you will see an overlap in some of the product lines. The product reviews are very helpful, especially because the low prices can sometimes signify lower quality. This is another online brand that will take returns with very few questions asked. Always do a search for promo codes before placing an order - there are usually valid codes floating around.
HOMEGOODS
If you've never been to a HomeGoods before, then you've been living under a rock (a poorly decorated one!). I kid, I kid. HomeGoods has played an important role in my shopping routine for many years now, along with its sister brands T.J.Maxx and Marshalls. However, my recommendation to shop here comes along with a warning. DO NOT GO OVERBOARD AT HOMEGOODS. It has happened to the best of us. Offering an overwhelming array of home decor items ranging from furniture to dog beds, it is a great place to find some finishing touches to a room. I have found some really beautiful items over the years including baskets, lamps, and mirrors. I also love it for bath linens, bedding, and cute paper napkins. At the same time, I think half my basement is full of HomeGoods impulse buys. Do not follow in my footsteps. A good piece of advise is this, resist most of the faux natuical decor including boat parts, starfish and anchors. I would rather see you go to a marine consignment store for these items and at least bring some authenticity to the space.
